Facebook IPhone App Gets a Huge Upgrade

Facebook today released a update to its iOS app (Check here). The updated app provides features like in-app video recording and sharing. In addition to that it also provides voice messaging facility.

This new voice messaging service will let users to send messages with a maximum duration of 60 seconds. This feature was initially a part of the Facebook standalone messenger app, but now this feature is built in to the Facebook’s official app. The voice messages feature, which lets users send messages up to 60 seconds long, previously only lived within Facebook’s standalone Messenger app, but is now a part of Facebook’s official app. However the free voice calling feature is not added to this app.

Another feature added to the app during this update is the an updated version of nearby tab.
